1. Learned counsel for the parties have been heard.

2. It is not in dispute that the application filed by the Respondents under Section 16 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been dismissed by the Arbitral Tribunal ('AT') on 7th May 2016. The right of the Respondents to raise an appropriate ground on that basis at the stage of challenge to the Award if it is adverse to the Respondents, is reserved.

3. The Court directs that the interim order passed by this Court on 21st November 2014 will continue till such time the AT in an application that may be filed by either party vacates or modifies it in accordance with law. O.M.P. 1458/2014
