Counsel for the Respondents has handed over a copy of the letter dated 25th March 2019 from the Ministry of Defence D (Appts.) addressed to the Director General, Border Roads Organisation, New Delhi agreeing that the benefit of the DACP Scheme shall be extended to the Medical Officers of the Border Roads Organisation. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for. The petition is disposed of.
2. The consequential orders granting financial benefits to the Petitioner be issued not later than 8 weeks from today.
