These petitions are filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'the Act'). 2.

The award in issue has been set aside, at this stage, no cause of action survives for pursuing these petitions. No further orders are called for. 3.

The parties shall be at liberty to move an application under Section 17 of the Act in case the proceedings before the arbitrator are pending. 4.

Accordingly, these petitions are disposed of. All pending applications are also disposed of.
