The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Initiate contempt proceeding against the Respondent for deliberately disobeying and violating the order dated 17.11.2016 passed in Ex. Petition No. 306 of 2015.

(b) Punish the Respondent for wilful disobedience and violation of order dated 17.11.2016 passed in Ex. Petition No. 306 of 2015; (c) Pass/make such other appropriate orders and/or directions as may be deemed fit and proper in the and circumstances of the present case."

On the last date of hearing, i.e., 23.03.2026, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to take appropriate instructions with regard to the address of the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as on date, they have no whereabouts of the respondent.
