Issue notice. Ms. Jain accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 3.

Learned counsel says that she does not wish to file any reply in the matter and that she would have no objection to the prayer made in the petition.

The prayer made in the petition is to appoint a Presiding Arbitrator as nominee-arbitrators have not been able to reach a consensus on the person to be appointed as the Presiding Arbitrator.

Accordingly, Mr. A.P. Shah, Former Chief Justice, Madras High Court and Delhi High Court, (Mob: 9910160007) is appointed as the Presiding Arbitrator.

The Arbitral Tribunal will decide the fee schedule after confabulating

with the concerned parties in that behalf.
