% 20.04.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguments for some time, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition requesting that the amount of Rs. 59 lakhs which was deposited by the petitioners, in the court pursuant to order dated 06.09.2016 may be returned. The learned Additional Standing counsel for State and the counsel for other respondents agree submitting that this Court is not the forum for recovery. The said amount of money even otherwise cannot be described as case property. In the facts and circumstances, on the request of the petitioners, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The amount deposited by them in terms of order dated 6.9.2016 shall be returned.

All interim orders granted in these proceedings stand vacated. This also disposes of all pending applications. R.K.GAUBA, J.
