% 25.02.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the assessment for the first quarter of 2017-2018 has been completed and the assessee was directed to pay `20,469/- along with interest of `3,760/- and penalty of `20,469/-. The assessee, however, contends that substantial refunds are due.

The respondent is directed to verify and adjust the amounts payable towards refunds and pass refund orders in this regard with applicable interest within four weeks. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
