% 15.11.2018 Crl.M.A.31752/2018 (exemption) Exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions. BAIL APPLN. 2106/2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued to the Trial Court to expedite the recording of the remaining witnesses of the prosecution, he shall not press his application at this stage.

Keeping in view of the facts and circumstances, Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses and conclude the same preferably within a period of two months from the next date of hearing before the Trial Court.

In view of the above directions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition.

Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
