O R D E R

% 06.09.2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, the present FIR No.92/2013 under Sections 308/34 IPC was registered at police station Aman Vihar against the petitioners.

It is pointed out that on the complaint of petitioner no.4, FIR No.91/2013 under Sections 354A/451/452/323/506/34 IPC was registered against the respondent nos.2 to 4 at police station Aman Vihar. As a counter blast, respondent no.2 got the present FIR registered. In the quarrel, which took place between the petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4, who are neighbours, respondent nos.2 to 4 sustained injuries. It is pointed out that the matter has been settled between the petitioners and respondents

nos.2 to 4.

In view of settlement, FIR No.91/2013 has already been quashed in Crl.M.C.3240/2016 today by the Court of Mukta Gupta, J. In these facts, I am of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served to continue the present criminal proceedings, more so, when respondent nos.2 to 4, who are present in Court, do not wish to pursue the FIR any further. It is noted that investigations are still pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, the FIR No.92/2013 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at police station Aman Vihar is quashed. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
