This is a petition filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The limited prayer that is made in the petition is to summon the witnesses with the record referred to in the prayer clause of the petition. The relief sought broadly is as follows:- (i) Summon the concerned official of Central Zone, South Delhi Municipal Corporation, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi with the record contained in File No. F13(127)04/ pertaining to the property described as Plot No.8, Elegance Tower, Non-Hierarchical Commercial Centre, Jasola, New Delhi - 110025.

(ii) Summon, the Manager, Operation Service controls India Building Technologies & Solution with the record of maintenance in respect of contracts executed with M/s. A.B. Land Pvt. Ltd. and Aditya Infracon. 3.
Counsel for the respondent says that he has no objection to the prayers made in the petition. It is ordered so.

Accordingly, the concerned witnesses will appear before the Arbitral Tribunal on 17.9.2018 at 2.00 p.m. at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Delhi High Court and on dates thereafter, if necessary, till they are discharged.

For greater clarity, it is directed that this order will be served alongwith the application on the concerned witnesses so that they are aware of the entire record that they would be required to place before the Arbitral Tribunal.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
