"a. Quash the impugned complaint case CC NO. 52/1/2013, pending before ld. Metropolitan Magistrate Sh. Sanjay Khanagwal, Patiala House Courts, Delhi and discharge the Petitioners from the instant complaint case; and b. Pass other order(s) /relief(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the main complaint has been withdrawn by the department/respondent no. 1. 3.
