% 12.07.2016 Counter affidavit has been filed by respondent no.1. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that this Weekly Bazaar (Budh Bazaar) in question is an unauthorized bazaar and hence the respondent has already fixed for the removal of this bazaar by taking an appropriate encroachment action. Further submission being that availability of the police would be necessary to complete this encroachment action. Respondent no.2/Commissioner of Police is also a party. This aforenoted statement is noted by respondent no.2 who undertakes to assist respondent no.1 in removing this weekly bazaar at the earliest. The respondents shall be bound by

their statements.

Petition disposed of.
