% 22.09.2015 Aggrieved by the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal dated 10.02.20 14 has led to the filing of the present writ petition. The respondent had approached the Central Administrative Tribunal being aggrieved by the order of transfer. The Tribunal had allowed the OA by passing a common order with respect to the petitioners herein and one Sh.Yogender Mittal.

Union of India had filed a writ petition being W.P.(C).6726/2015 seeking a direction quashing the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal. We had heard the writ petition and dismissed the same on 25.08.20 15. For the detailed reasons stated in the order of 25.08.2015, we find no grounds to entertain this writ petition.
