This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff under Sections 133 and 134 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 for permanent injunction against infringement and passing off of its trade mark PIP as also rendition of accounts, delivery up, etc.

During the course of the proceedings, parties were referred before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably resolved their inter se disputes and a Settlement Agreement has been executed between the parties on 17.12.2025. In light of this, counsel for the Plaintiff, on instructions, submits that the suit be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement and prayer clause (a) of paragraph 23 of the plaint.
