O R D E R
% 24.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that main allegations are against the co-accused Bhupinder, who is brother of petitioner. Petitioner has not signed any document nor had received any money from the complainant. As per the complainant, Bhupinder , Devender and Rajesh had induced him to buy the subject property in the year 2008. It is submitted that Bhupinder has already been granted regular bail; whereas co-accused Davender, who is similarly placed vis-a-vis petitioner, has also been granted anticipatory bail.
Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- with one surety in the
like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
