% 22.05.2015 The petitioner in a representative capacity of the workers of respondent no.5 has filed the present writ petition. It is submitted that the workers had been recruited for the post of Operative/Operator, Technician & Supervisors with effect from 2010 onwards. It is submitted that an application under Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') is pending before the appropriate authority and the petitioners have made a representation as per Annexure 'A' to the appropriate government and request that their representation be considered by the appropriate government before passing any order under Section 10 of the Act.
Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the appropriate government, before whom the matter under Section 10 of the Act relating to the prohibition of the Contract Labour is pending, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner as per Annexure 'A' before passing any order.
With these directions the petition along with the pending application is dismissed in limine.
