There is no appearance on behalf of the appellant. There was no appearance of the appellant on the last date of hearing as well. Notices could not be issued to the respondents even for the last date of hearing as the process fee was not filed. Process fee for the next date fixed for hearing i.e. 14th March, 2016 was not filed by the appellant. Despite our order dated 14th March, 2016, the process fee has still not been filed notices could not be issued for the service of the respondents.

There is no appearance on behalf of the appellant for today as well. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecution of the instant appeal.
