% 05.08.2019 CM .No. 35041/2019 (for direction) In view of the order dated September 8, 2015 this application with the following prayers is not maintainable:

"It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to: - a) Direct the respondents to remove ten entire encroachment in the front of Shopping Centre, Mansarovar Garden, which was directly effecting the ingress and egress of the owners of property bearing No.F-26, 27, 28, 29 and 30.

b) Direct the respondent to put the signboard by mentioning that the said area are common land. c) Pass any other order /s relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

The application is dismissed.
