In this petition under Section 115 of the CPC as well as under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, vide order dated 8th May, 2017, a report was called for from the trial Court.

The said report is still awaited.

The counsel for the petitioner states that the orders on the applications mentioned in the order dated 8th May, 2017 have not been pronounced as yet.

Though the relief claimed in this petition is also of setting aside of the order dated 20th April, 2017 of the Court of learned Additional District Judge (ADJ), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in Civil Suit No.59066/2016 titled Rajan Kapoor Vs. Simran Rasoi & Caterers but the counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is challenging the said order only to the extent of a direction for disposal of the applications, passing of orders whereon was deferred on 20th April, 2017.

A perusal of the order dated 20th April, 2017 shows that the matter was adjourned for orders to 6th July, 2017.

The counsel for the petitioner states that on 6th July, 2017 no orders have been pronounced and no date also has been given. 7.

This petition is disposed of with a request to the Court of Ms. Veena Rani, ADJ, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to pronounce orders, which on 20th April, 2017 were deferred to 6th July, 2017, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the month of July, 2017. 8.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner under signatures of the Court Master for submission to the learned ADJ. Dasti under signature of Court Master.
