It is submitted that the authorised official of the petitioner will appear for collecting the said FDRs on 15.11.2019. In view of the office noting and the order of the Hon'ble Court dated 31.07.2019 and the Worthy Registrar (B&A) dated 14.08.2019, nothing further survives for adjudication in the captioned IA and the same is accordingly disposed of.
