It is submitted on behalf of the learned Counsels for all the parties that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 24th September, 2025. A copy of the same has also been placed on record. 3.

Learned Counsels for the parties submits that all the parties shall remain bound by the settlement agreement. Their statements are taken on record.

Ld. Counsels submitted that all the three aforesaid matters be disposed of as withdrawn in view of that settlement agreement. Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid submissions, the petitions bearing no. CM(M) 1371/2023, CM(M) 2833/2024 and appeal bearing no. FAO 516/2018 are disposed of as withdrawn. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
