% 07.05.2015 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (APP), on the instructions of SI Sanjeev Kumar of police station Okhla Industrial Area, submits that role of petitioner has been investigated. Relinquishment deeds executed by the petitioners in favour of their brother has been supplied to the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court.

Learned APP further submits that petitioners will not be arrested till disposal of anticipatory bail application of petitioners by the trial court. In view of this statement, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the application at this stage and the same is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as

infructuous.
