Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.821/2014 registered at Police Station Saket, New Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC. 2.

It is noted that during the pendency of this petition, the parties were referred twice to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Delhi for settlement, however, matter could not be settled. 3.

Vide order dated 20.11.2015 at request of the complainant, who was present in the Court, one more chance was given to the parties to settle the matter. Accordingly, the parties were sent to the aforesaid Centre.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant, who is present in Court and has been identified by the Investigating Officer of the case, submits that the matter has been settled and the petitioner and complainant have decided to reside together as husband and wife, therefore, the complainant has no objection if the present petition is allowed. 5.

In view of the above recorded facts, in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR in question, the Investigating Officer is directed to release the petitioner on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to his satisfaction. 6.

In view of the above the present petition is allowed. SURESH KAIT, J.
