% 19.02.2016 Learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition, as, according to him, the same has become infructuous in view of the increase in the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court. He also states, that he intends to move a fresh application before the concerned District Judge for the transfer of CS(OS) 96/2010 to the Court, wherein CS(OS) 706/2013 is pending consideration. The said statement is taken on record. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
