CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 26.09.2016 During the course of hearing, parties have arrived at a consensus with regard to quantum of interim maintenance, without prejudice to their rights and contentions to be raised during the trial. Petitioner has agreed to pay `15,000/- per month to the respondent, which she has agreed to accept. Trial court had granted `20,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the respondent. Petitioner filed an appeal before the Appellate Court, which has been dismissed by the order impugned in this revision petition. In view of the settlement, order dated 12th May, 2014 of the trial court
is modified only to the extent that maintenance payable would be `15,000/- per month, instead of `20,000/-.
Rest of the order shall remain as it is.
Arrears, if any, be cleared @ `15,000/- within a period of two months. Amount already paid shall be given adjustment of while clearing arrears. Revision petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
