% 04.09.2018 This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for making of the Award by the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the work of construction of 16 Nos Suites at BSF Chhawla, New Delhi (SH: Civil and Electrical Installation Works). Mr.Vijay Kumar, UDC, CPWD, Aviation Division, New Delhi, who appears on advance notice has handed over a letter dated 04.08.2018 which records the no objection of the respondent to grant of further extension of time for making of the Award.

In view of the above, the time for making of the Award by the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by six months w.e.f. 05.09.2018.
