Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application.

Learned APP for the State points out that vide judgment dated 7th December, 2016 the petitioner had been convicted for offence punishable under Section 323 IPC and released on the period undergone whereas the co-accused Deepa has been acquitted. She has also been directed to pay compensation to the complainant on 6th January, 2017. 3.

Leave granted.

Bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
