Mr. Yatendra Sharma, who, appears for the petitioners/non-applicants says that the captioned applications are not maintainable and that, therefore, he intends to withdraw the same.

It is stated by the learned counsel that the order issued under Section 145 of the Cr.P.C., passed by the SDM, Mayur Vihar, on receipt of Kalandara dated 31.03.2017 has already been quashed by the Special Judge, (PC Act), CBI, East District, Karkardooma Courts. 2.1 For this purpose, copy of order dated 03.10.2017 has been placed on record.

In these circumstances, the captioned applications will not lie. The same are dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the facts stated above, the writ petition is disposed of as nothing survives in the same.
