Learned proxy counsel for learned Standing Counsel accepts notice. 3.
By this application, petitioner seeks modification of order dated 29th August, 2018 stating that the surety bond be reduced to one as the petitioner is not in a position to arrange the second surety. 4.
Vide order dated 29th August, 2018, this Court had noted that the petitioner was in continuous incarceration for the last more than 21⁄2 years and has undergone ten years and six months actual imprisonment. 5.
The factum of the petitioner's family residing at House No. E-560, Gali No.5, Sri Ram Colony, New Delhi has also been verified. 6.
Considering the facts verified, the order dated 29th August, 2018 is modified and it is directed that the petitioner be now released on parole for a W.P.(CRL) 2553/2018
period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court further subject to the condition that the surety would be of a family member of the petitioner and further the surety of the petitioner would keep his mobile phone in active mode during the period of parole granted to the petitioner, so that in case required the petitioner can be contacted.
