Though, a request for adjournment has been made on behalf of Mr. Mohinder J.S. Rupal, learned counsel for the respondent, Mr. Setu Niket, learned counsel for the petitioner, candidly concedes that, after having seen the audit logs of his client, as produced by learned WP(C) 8066/2018 & 8870/2018

counsel for the respondent, he is not able to find any discrepancy in the manner in which marks have been awarded.

As such, he seeks leave to withdraw these writ petitions. 3.

The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs.
