O R D E R

% 09.12.2016 Petitioners alleged wilful disobedience of the interim order dated 02.06.2016 and thereafter the final order passed on 13.10.2014. Without admitting any of the averments made in the contempt petition, Ms. Niti, counsel appearing for the GNCTD, submits that the aforesaid orders have not been flouted.

Since the matters were obstructing the traffic, they were relocated at the present site. She further submits that the department is in the process of verifying their documents and till such verification is done, they shall not be removed. However, Mr. Chaddha, learned Senior Counsel appearing

for the petitioners, submits that it is only upon the verification of the documents, the stay was granted.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of leaving rights of the parties open.
