% 02.05.2017 CM No.2728/2017 (waiver of costs) Application for waiver of costs imposed vide order dated 25.11.2016 is dismissed.
W.P.(C) 7891/2016 & CM No. 2805/2017 (delay) After some hearing, ld. Counsel for the petitioner states that writ petition may be treated as representation to the respondent for grant of disability pension. We take the statement on record and also permit the petitioner to make a further representation/written submission within a period of 15 days in support of his claim of disability pension.
The respondents would dispose of/decide the claim of disability pension within a period of six weeks from the date the representation made by the petitioner is received.
In case, the petitioner has any grievance, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondents. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
