% 10.04.2019 CRL.M.A. 7699/2019 Amended memo of parties has been filed today. The same is taken on record. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners and respondent under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking disposal of the present proceedings on the basis of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 and Respondent No. 2 are present in Court today. Both the parties have settled the matter vide Settlement Deed/MOU dated 02.04.2019. Both the parties undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 02.04.2019 and pray that the present proceedings be disposed of.

Keeping in view fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences voluntarily and out of their own free will and without any coercion, pressure, no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

CRL.L.P. 707/2014 In view of the order passed in CRL.M.A. 7699/2019, the present petition is disposed of. The next date of hearing i.e., 13.05.2019 stands cancelled.
