% 21.12.2016 It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the parties have settled their dispute and the settlement is recorded in the Minutes of Meeting dated 13.12.2016. Copy of the Minutes of Meeting is taken on record. Learned counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that in terms of the settlement dated 13.12.2016 between the parties he be permitted to withdraw the present suit. In view of the fact that the subject matter of the present suit between the parties stands settled, the suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement and interim order dated 16.09.2016 stands vacated. CCP (O) 68/2016 and other pending applications also stand disposed of.

Certificate for refund of 50% of the Court fee shall be issued in favour of the plaintiff.
