This writ petition is disposed of with the consent order that the terminal benefits of the petitioner under the heads of gratuity and leave encashment benefits which total to an amount of Rs.3,43,970/- will be paid to the petitioner within a period of two months from today with interest at 6% per annum from the date of retirement of the petitioner on 31.10.2012 till the date of payment.
