versus STATE ..... Respondent Through :
Mr. Ashish Negi, Adc. for Ms. Richa Kapoor, ASC with SI Sanjeev Choudhary PS Vasant Vihar.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 09.09.2016 Petitioner seeks furlough for three weeks for maintaining family relations and social ties.
A perusal of nominal roll shows that petitioner had availed furlough of two weeks in the month of January, 2016. Thereafter, he has also availed parole of one month from 3rd June, 2016 to 4th July, 2016.
Sufficient time has been granted to him for maintaining social ties. I do not find any justification to entertain the prayer of petitioner for his release on furlough on the ground of maintaining social ties. Petition is dismissed.
