% 10.08.2017 Crl. M.A. No. 6776/2017 (modification) Vide order dated 26.10.2016, the petitioner was granted parole for four weeks subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate.

Thereafter, the petitioner had moved an application for reduction of the surety bond amount and vide order dated 08.02.2017, the surety bond amount (Rs.25,000/-) was reduced to Rs.10,000/-. Thereafter, the present application has been moved for modification of order dated 08.02.2017 to accept surety in cash. Keeping the facts and circumstances, no ground is made out.
