% 06.02.2019 CRL.M.A. 2790/2019 (for modification) By way of this application, modification of order of 14th January, 2019 is sought to extent that instead of depositing the amount of ₹7,00,000/- with the trial court, the aforesaid amount be deposited with Registrar General of this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed and the order of 14th January, 2019 is modified to the extent that petitioner shall now deposit ₹7,00,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court within two weeks from today and thereafter, the said deposit be invested into the FDR, initially for a period of one year (to be renewed from time to time).
