% 21.04.2016 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has become infructuous as the Ministry of Urban Development, vide letter dated 1st March, 2016, has rejected the petitioner's claim for restoration of allotment of four acres of land and therefore, the writ petition may be disposed of.

The writ petition and the pending applications are disposed of as infructuous as prayed by the petitioner.
