O R D E R

% 10.04.2017 Writ petitioner challenges his transfer pursuant to the orders dated 19th August, 2016 to C Company C1 Signal Battalion CRPC, Guwahati Assam on medical grounds pointing out that he had been medically shifted to Delhi as he suffers from serious cardiac problem necessitating him to avail good cardiac facility at all times.

This Court had interdicted the petitioner's transfer vide order dated 6.9.2016. Ms. Archana, ld. counsel for the respondent has placed before us a signal message dated 7.4.2017 stating that upon examining the case, the competent Authority had directed the transfer of the petitioner to HQ/2 Signal Bn.

Hyderabad having adequate medical facilities for the petitioner's treatment.

In view thereof, grievance made by the petitioner stands satisfied.
