The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.25/2015 under Sections 420/34 IPC PS Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. 2.

It is submitted by learned ASC for the State/R-1 that in this case, chargesheet has already been filed before the concerned Court. 3.

Today vide separate order passed in Bail Appln. No.1791/2015 (listed at Sl.No.42) filed by the petitioner Sunil Sehrawat seeking anticipatory bail has been disposed of and interim protection granted to him in the said application was extended for a period of two weeks to enable him to approach the concerned Court to file bail application as chargesheet has already been filed in the said FIR.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since chargesheet has been filed by the State in case FIR No.25/2015 under Sections 420/34 IPC PS Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.
