% 30.09.2016 Statement of the petitioner has been recorded in Court today. He has undertaken to vacate the suit property within two years, namely, on or before 1.10.2018.

He has also stated other terms and conditions in his undertaking. He shall remain bound by the said undertaking. Same is taken on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that in view of the undertaking of the petitioner he will not execute the Eviction Petition till 1.10.2018. I undertake to vacate and hand over possession of the shop No.2 & 3 House No.256-257, 261 Gali No.4, Guru Ram Dass Nagar, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 as shown in the site plan filed by the respondent in the Eviction Petition to the respondents on or before 2 years, namely on or before 1.10.2018.

I undertake to pay the agreed rent of Rs.1,300/- per month including all arrears for the past till the period I am in occupation of the property. I also undertake to pay electricity and water charges for the period of accommodation. I will not cause any wilful damage to the property or induct any third person to the property.
