This application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 07.09.2016 by which LPA No.494/2016 was disposed of by us taking note of the fact that the writ petitions are pending before the learned Single Judge.

Accordingly, we requested the learned Single Judge to pass an appropriate order on the applications/petitions of the appellants on 09.09.2016 or at the earliest thereafter, after hearing the learned counsel for both the parties.

We are informed that the matter was heard by the learned Single Judge yesterday and it is also there in today's list.

Since no case is made out for modification as prayed for, the application is dismissed.
