Petitioners impugn order dated 12.02.2015, whereby, leave to defend application filed by the respondents was allowed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners informs that the respondents have surrendered their tenancy and handed over the peaceful vacant possession of the tenanted premises.

Respondent No.1 is present in Court in person. He also confirms the same.

Petitioner and respondent are present in Court and confirm that they have no claim surviving against each other.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
