% 10.08.2017 After some arguments, in view of the objection raised by Mr. Rahul Mehra to the maintainability of the present LPA, by placing reliance on the decision of this Court in Vikas Yadav vs. State (NCT of Delhi), LPA No. 220/2015 decided on 6th May, 2015, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal. He prays that the appellant shall move a fresh application to seek parole. He prays that the same may be disposed of expeditiously since the appellant has completed four years in incarceration.

Mr.Rahul Mehra states that if the application is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of within two weeks as per the guidelines.

The appeal stands withdrawn in the aforesaid terms. Copy of the order be given Dasti.
