% 24.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would approach respondent No.1 Bank and ask for copy of the statement of account. If any such request is made by the petitioner, respondent No.1 bank will provide complete statement of account from the date loan was advanced. The petitioner would, thereupon, examine the statement of account, and if still aggrieved, would be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. All the pending applications are also disposed of.
