% 27.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the act of respondent no. 1 who has not announced the supplementary award inspite of the fact that pursuant to an RTI inquiry which had been initiated by the petitioner on 14.07.204 he had received information that supplementary award had infact been prepared and sent for approval to competent authority but could not be announced due to not getting it approved. This finds mention in communication dated 14.07.2014. Such like petition may be disposed of working out an outer limit for passing of the supplementary award.

Considering the submissions of the parties, respondent no. 1 is directed to announce the supplementary award within an outer limit of five months from today.

Petition disposed of.
