% 08.01.2016 O.A. No. 448/2015 (Chamber Appeal under Chapter II Rule 4 of Delhi High Court Rules read with Section 151 CPC against order dated 3rd August, 2015), I.A. No.23629/2015 (u/s 5 of Limitation Act), I.A. No.23628/2015 (under Section 151 CPC) Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff has no objection if the written statement filed by the defendant No.5 be taken on record subject to the nominal cost. The same is accordingly taken on record subject to the cost of Rs.2,000/- which shall be paid by the defendant No.5 to the learned counsel for the plaintiff within four weeks from today.

Chamber appeal along with pending applications are disposed of. CS(OS) No.3537/2014 Subject to the cost, the written statement is taken on record. Replication, in any, be filed in the meanwhile by the plaintiff within two weeks after the receipt of cost.

The plaintiff filed the suit for recovery of money. The valuation of the suit is Rs.21,15,344/-.

dated 24th November,2015 & in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26th October, 2015 vide Notification No. F.No.L-19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26th October, 2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 Subsection (ii), the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge Rohini (North), Rohini Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 14th March, 2016.

The date fixed earlier as 22nd January, 2016 stands cancelled. The matter may not be listed on the said date. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
