On 17th July, 2023, counsel for Plaintiffs was granted a final opportunity to seek instructions qua the impleadment of the proposed Defendants No. 3, 4 and 5, i.e., the legal heirs of Defendant No. 1 (Mr. Suresh Parab) who deceased on 21st April, 2022. However, since no instructions are forthcoming in this regard, and considering the fact that Defendant No. 2, the proprietorship concern of Defendant No. 1, is stated to have been closed, Mr. Manish Biala, counsel for the Plaintiffs, on instructions, acknowledges and confirms that the present suit stands abated. 2.
