% 20.01.2016 This is a suit for recovery valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that no progress in settlement talks.

Ld. counsel for the parties submit that suit property is situated at Yamuna Vihar which falls under the jurisdiction of District North East, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District North East, Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North East), Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North East), Karkardooma, Delhi on 29.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
